RH is seeking a Senior Leader of Operations to join us in advancing the vision and integration of Dmitriy within the RH platform. This crucial role calls for a strategic leader with exceptional organizational skills, unwavering attention to detail, and the ability to balance immediate priorities with long-term objectives, ensuring every aspect of our operations reflects our values and uncompromising standards.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the continued integration of Dmitriy into the RH platform, aligning teams, systems, and processes to ensure operational continuity and long-term scalability.
• Partner closely with Executive Leadership as a strategic operational leader, supporting effective decision-making, business execution, and organizational growth.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across production, sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment, efficiency, and strong business outcomes.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
• Implement and optimize systems, workflows, and reporting tools that strengthen operational visibility and inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure clear communication, accurate timelines, and proactive problem-solving across internal teams and client relationships
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Uphold and elevate brand standards across all client-facing interactions while navigating complex or sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in operations leadership, team development, and organizational management
• Proven ability to lead complex operational initiatives, integrations, or growth-stage business operations.
• Strategic problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling complex challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Inspiring and effective communicator with strong leadership presence
• Experience implementing scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes.
• Background in luxury, design, manufacturing, or craft-driven industries preferred.
• Occasional domestic and international travel required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Frequently remain stationary and operate a computer and other office equipment for extended periods of time
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners in person, by phone, and via electronic communication
• Move throughout the office, showroom, and production environments as needed
• Occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally travel for business purposes, including domestic and international travel
