Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement enterprise data protection and recovery solutions
-Lead digital transformation projects focused on data resilience
-Develop data protection and business continuity strategies
-Design high-availability architectures for critical environments
-Implement protection solutions against ransomware and cyber threats
-Optimize data retention and governance processes
-Manage disaster recovery solutions in multi-site environments
-Lead data infrastructure modernization initiatives
-Provide technical mentoring to team members
-Deliver specialized technical support for critical client systems
-Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with clients are met
-Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise data protection architectures
-Proven experience in implementing and managing Commvault Enterprise (mandatory)
-Active Commvault certifications (preferred)
Strong knowledge in:
-Enterprise storage architectures (SAN, NAS)
-Virtualization environments
-Enterprise operating systems
- Business continuity solutions
-Experience with Fujitsu and NetApp infrastructures (preferred)
-Mastery of advanced Commvault features such as:-Integrated snapshot management
-Disaster recovery automation
-Cloud and hybrid environment protection
-Data deduplication and encryption-Availability for on-call duty
-Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
-Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
