<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2> <p>As a Manager Global Government Relations &amp; Public Policy you will be responsible for managing the political work and stakeholder engagement on different files in the area of digital and consumer policy in the EU and across HelloFresh’s global markets.</p> <p>As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct risk assessments, track relevant legislation, develop strategies and campaigns, manage associations, and engage with external stakeholders. </p> <p>HelloFresh's Public Policy team covers a wide range of topics, including e-commerce and digital policy, circular economy and sustainability policy, as well as food and agricultural policy. The new position is intended to strengthen the expertise and capacities of the global team in our engagement on digital and consumer policy topics.</p> <p>Above all, we are looking for people who will <strong>make HelloFresh better.</strong> We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Develop</strong> a strategic positioning and engagement plans for digital and consumer policy files in the EU and across HelloFresh’s global markets</li> <li><strong>Lead</strong> HelloFresh’s engagement on files and political issues relevant for young European scale ups </li> <li><strong>Represent</strong> HelloFresh at industry gatherings, trade associations and coalition meetings</li> <li><strong>Conceptualize</strong> studies and reports to drive the debate around HelloFresh</li> <li><strong>Closely collaborate</strong> with senior stakeholders across the business and markets</li> <li><strong>Engage</strong> with key political and wider public stakeholders to establish a trustful dialogue</li> <li><strong>Define</strong><span> business related objectives and metrics and help create and advance market strategies in line with stakeholders expectations</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and have a strong understanding of the EU political landscape (additional countries are a plus).</li> <li>You have strong analytical capabilities and can communicate complex ideas efficiently, both verbally and in writing, in English and another language relevant for HelloFresh’s markets (advantageous)</li> <li>Very strong understanding of public policy issues around digital and consumer policy</li> <li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of the political system and legislative processes, environment and institutions in the EU or other markets relevant for HelloFresh (previous working experience in a political institution is a plus)</li> <li>You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are experienced in working with senior stakeholders from across the business</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <p>Elevate your lifestyle!
