<p><b>Join Bavarian Nordic and help protect lives through innovative vaccines.</b><br/>We are seeking an experienced Stability Manager to lead our QC Stability function and ensure the compliant execution of stability programs supporting our global vaccine portfolio. You will play a key role in safeguarding the quality and longevity of our products—from development to commercial supply—by driving excellence in stability science, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As Stability Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and reporting stability studies in accordance with ICH Q1 and GMP requirements. You will lead a skilled team of scientists and technicians, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement across all stability activities.</p><p><br/>The position reports to Fergus Hall, Head of Quality Control, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the lifecycle management of our vaccines, supporting regulatory submissions, product release, and global supply.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead the design and execution of stability studies for vaccine drug substances and products.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ICH Q1A–Q1F guidelines, regulatory commitments, and internal quality standards.</li><li>Approve stability protocols, reports, and data summaries for regulatory filings and product lifecycle management.</li><li>Oversee sample coordination, data trending, shelf-life assignments, and timely study completion.</li><li>Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on GMP, data integrity, and scientific excellence.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, MSAT, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, on-time stability results.</li><li>Maintain inspection readiness and drive continuous improvement through lean and digital initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Profile</b></p><ul><li>Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience within a Stability function in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of ICH Q1 stability guidelines and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop teams.</li><li>Experience with LIMS or digital stability tools is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Danish is not mandatory.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why join us?</b></p><ul><li>Our people, and our ability to work as a team, are essential to delivering continuous high performance, while achieving our growth ambitions.
