As a Security Professional - CRE Front Desk in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .
As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management to help maintain a secure environment. You will utilize your customer service skills to address inquiries and support building operations, while also remaining alert to any security-related concerns. This role offers the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of people and play a key part in creating a positive experience for everyone entering the property. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site procedures.
- Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
- Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, including alerting appropriate personnel and providing information as needed.
- Support efforts to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the commercial real estate location.

- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
