Job Description
Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmap, investment areas and success measures.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the product development lifecycle for CCFeed & C2C, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including teams within the SCS CoE, technology, and business partners to deliver high-quality product solutions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends.
- Design and implement user stories, ensuring technical debt is managed and addressed.
- Conduct regular stand-ups and refinement sessions, providing updates on UAT testing and sprint progress.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Utilize the Toolkit for project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and report on key metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into product design and development processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Product Management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three to five years of relevant experience
- Proficient product management or similar experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Designer, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or nCino
- Familiarity with commercial lending process
**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**
