Overview

Adoration Hospice is seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) for our hospice operations. The Triage RN is the key line of communication for coordination and care of patients after normal business hours. Responsibilities

• Answer all calls from the answering service after hours and/or weekends
• Coordinate patient care to include scheduled patient visits, on-call visits, and after-hours admissions
• Accurately record patient information related to calls

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
• One (1) year hospice experience, preferred
• Prior experience with triage, preferred
