Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team. This critical role ensures compliance with federal and state requirements, manages HR records retention, and transforms HR data into meaningful insights through dashboards and presentations. Additionally, the position supports compliance audits and enhances our leverage of HR systems.

We are looking for someone who enjoys teamwork and variety in tasks.  This fast-paced position requires a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.   In addition, excellent relationship-building skills with a variety of people and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel are critical.  Finally, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information is required.
