Location: Lansdale, PA 
Duration: Summer 2026 (Temporary Approx. 10–12 weeks, fulltime, hourly) 
Department: Accounting

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Assist with applying customer payments and cash receipts within the accounting system. 

  • Review customer account balances and aging reports to support the Accounts Receivable team. 

  • Research and assist in resolving payment discrepancies or unidentified cash receipts. 

  • Support follow-up efforts on past-due customer balances. 

  • Maintain organized documentation to support audit and compliance requirements. 

  • Assist with account reconciliations during the month-end close process. 

  • Support preparation of financial documentation for internal or external audits. 

  • Participate in ad hoc accounting projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications: 

 

  • Required 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles through coursework. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Strong written and communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

  • Skills and Experience: 

  • Exposure to ERP systems or accounting software concepts through coursework or projects. 

  • Completion of an introductory MIS or information systems course. 

  • Interest in pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or corporate controllership.
