<p><b>Calling all experts in Thermal Insulation Coatings!</b></p><p></p><p><b>Are you ready to achieve your full potential?</b></p><p>Hempel R&amp;D is looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert on Thermal Insulation Coatings who will be responsible for delivering fast and reliable customer-oriented technical support throughout our global Hempel organization.</p><p></p><p>The role will focus on supporting our sales and technical teams and leading development of technical knowledge. This involves working closely with our R&amp;D team and Product Management on key product development projects.</p><p></p><p><b>What can you look forward to in this role?</b></p><ul><li><p>Providing the technical expertise to win projects and successfully deliver on them.</p></li><li><p>Driving our mission to achieve vital certifications.</p></li><li><p>Leading development &amp; sharing of technical knowledge, both across Hempel and external coatings industry.</p></li><li><p>Helping to enable rapid resolution of global claims, challenges and documentation of lessons learned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What does success look like?</b></p><ul><li><p>Advising and supporting the organizations (e.g. Technical Service, Sales and Marketing)</p></li><li><p>Supporting R&amp;D and Product Management on TIC testing</p></li><li><p>Taking ownership of our specifications and technical data</p></li><li><p>Creating / improving our product documentation material</p></li><li><p>Participating in Industry &amp; Standards committees</p></li><li><p>Producing white papers, attending and presenting at key <span>conferences/webinars.</span></p></li><li><p>Responsible for product performance guarantee contracts</p></li><li><p>Providing technical training to relevant colleagues within Hempel</p></li><li><p>Supporting customer satisfaction</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do we look for in you?</b></p><ul><li><p>University degree in Polymers, Chemistry, Engineering or similar scientific fields</p></li><li><p>Minium 5 years experience with TIC</p></li><li><p>Some CUI coatings experience is a plus</p></li><li><p>Ability to work as part of a dynamic team</p></li><li><p>Excellent English proficiency, written and verbal</p></li><li><p>Computer skills (preferred): Microsoft Office including Word, Excel (advanced), Power Point, Teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Are you our next Senior Subject Matter Expert?</b></p><p>If you have strong costumer service skills and enjoy giving support through disciplined and reliable planning and execution, you're just right for us!
