Position Overview:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with pediatric and adult patients
Days- M-F
Hours: 36 Scheduled hours/ 4 hours administrativeSchedule: Flexible Four (4)- 9Hr Days or Five (5) 7.5 Hr Days
Volume: 20 patients per day
Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum family medicine: Pediatrics through geriatrics
Call: NoBusy immediately-inherit patient panel
Location: work out of one location

Qualifications
Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois
Board-certified in Family Medicine or related field
3 years' prior experience in pediatric and adult care requiredStrong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skillsCommitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
