Accounting Support

POSITION SUMMARY: Assists in multiple areas within the accounting department, providing support as Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Assists with bookkeeping duties.
• Various administrative tasks as assigned. 
• Aids Accounts Receivable as required.
• Supports Cash Applications/Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services, and support of all staff.
• Resolve customer’s concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Always promote a positive attitude.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to get around the corporate office for various tasks.
• The employee would normally lift or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate up and down movements with bending or stooping including reaching above and below shoulder height with arms and hands.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate equipment or other power equipment as necessary.
