We’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Senior Administrator, Quality Assurance.   

The Quality Assurance and Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring product compliance, leading inspections and support warehouse operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Inspect incoming products for compliance with purchase orders, including SKU, color, size, ticketing, quantity, and hanger requirements. 
  • Record non-compliances in the system and ensure accurate documentation. 
  • Perform basic quality tests and operate measuring devices and scale equipment. 
  • Lead and train junior QA staff, audit their work, and troubleshoot inspection issues. 
  • Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines, including the use of PPE. 

 

 

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations with inventory background and quality measurement. 
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, RF scanners. 
  • Strong attention to detail, math skills, and ability to interpret operational documents. 
  • Ability to make quality decisions based on experience and product standards. 
  • Team player and effective communication skills. 
  • Fluency in English and any other language skills are a plus. 
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
