We’re looking for a strong Senior Product Designer to join us in re-shaping the user experience into a seamless, effective and lovable experience for our customers on the web.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across our Web Domain - a collection of 3 teams focused on SEO, tackling web experience, and refreshing the UI. Together you’ll explore the role web plays in our user lifecycle for different segments of customers. Through qualitative and quantitative data combined with extensive experimentation - you’ll help craft the vision of the web and its position in the overall ecosystem.</p><p><br/>If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!</p><p></p><p>Your mission:</p><ul><li><p>Deliver high quality responsive designs in a high-impact domain, working with cross functional partners to ensure that design deliverables are realised as fully functional, easy to use features that solve real needs for our customers. </p></li><li><p>Helping to re-define and enhance our web channel as part of our continued businesses growth through a deep understanding of our users and the role the web channel plays in their experience with Delivery Hero’s brands (foodora, foodpanda, Yemeksepeti)</p></li><li><p>Bring a discovery mindset to the team, running experiments to drive insights on users’ behaviour to optimise the long-term value of the web channel.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating across all phases of the design process: conceptual design, prototypes, validation of usability and feasibility, creating production ready designs and implementation. </p></li><li><p>Working with our design system and development partners to ensure high quality implementation.</p></li><li><p>Extending your influence across our design chapter by sharing your skills and insights.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your heroic skills:</p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience as a (consumer) product designer, working in cross-functional teams to build and iterate experiences for customers.</p></li><li><p>User-centric focus with a strong understanding of designing consumer platforms (web is essential).</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Figma and prototyping tools (eg. Protopie, Principle).</p></li><li><p>Experience working with or contributing to a design system.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills.
