As a Senior Manager, Medical Information, you will provide accurate, unbiased, balanced and timely responses to unsolicited medical inquiries regarding our marketed and development products from health care professionals, patients, clinical sites and managed care organizations. You will support the Head of Medical Information with maintaining adherence to departmental/company policies and procedures and is compliant with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
This position will require you to be on-site 4 days/week at our Sleepy Hollow, NY location. We cannot offer a remote work option. If eligible, we can offer relocation benefits.
A typical day may include the following:
• Coordinates with Medical Information Product Leads determining product standard response topics, development and maintenance of high-quality medical response documents to answer unsolicited product inquiries.
• Provides product support and necessary guidance to Medical Information Contact Center colleagues including inquiry management
• Participates in the development and maintenance of formulary submission dossiers
• Contributes to the development of and provides data QC for Medical Scientific Q&As
• Maintains core product reference literature, as well as necessary key competitor and disease literature references
• Provides scientific and medical review of medical and promotional materials (as necessary)
• Provide on-site medical information to conference attendees at medical information booths for disease state and clinical trial awareness campaigns in the US and abroad

To be considered a PharmD is required with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in conducting scientific literature review, and management of medical inquiries, including the development and review of medical information deliverables (e.g., standard response documents, FAQs, dossier, compendium submissions, etc.). Strong scientific skills, evaluating and communicating clinical trial and disease state information. Practical experience and knowledge of FDA guidance on appropriate scientific exchange practices. Experience with AI tools, digital innovation, and data analytics to enhance medical information processes and insights. Strong understanding of data visualization and insights reporting to support strategic decision-making. Able to travel as needed (approximately 10% on average).
