HR Process Expert Country Responsible

<p>The HR Process Expert – Country Responsible plays a key role in driving the successful implementation of global HR transformation initiatives at the country level. Acting as a bridge between the central HR transformation team and local HR, this role ensures that global processes, systems, and standards are effectively deployed, adapted, and sustained in assigned countries</p><p><strong>HR Transformation Deployment</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for HR transformation in assigned countries.</li> <li>Ensure alignment of local implementation with global HR process design and strategy.</li> <li>Coordinate with local HR teams to assess readiness, manage change, and support deployment activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Expertise &amp; Localization</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Provide subject matter expertise on global end-to-end HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, payroll, talent management), as defined in our HR Service catalog.</li> <li>Identify local legal, cultural, or operational requirements and ensure compliant localization of global processes.</li> <li>Support gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge global standards with local needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with country HR leads, Shared Services, IT, and external vendors.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, training, and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.</li> <li>Escalate risks, issues, and feedback to the global transformation team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Monitoring &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Track implementation progress, KPIs, and user feedback.</li> <li>Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.</li> <li>Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice documentation across countries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years in HR operations, process improvement, or transformation roles, preferably in a multinational environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong understanding of global HR processes and systems.</li> <li>Excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills.</li> <li>Project management and change management capabilities.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.</li> </ul>
