We're seeking a talented, hands-on, and leadership-minded Floating Maintenance Technician to support our expanding portfolio across Western New York— with a focus on Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, West Seneca, Buffalo, and Hamburg.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong maintenance background and a proactive mindset who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Experience in coordinating or supervising others—even informally—is a strong plus.

💼 What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to support for on-site teams, ensuring units are safe, beautiful, and functional for our residents. Your day-to-day may include:

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues

• Troubleshooting and fixing appliances

• Tackling a wide range of repairs—drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC

• Preparing units for new tenants (turnovers/make-readies)

• Supporting renovation and rehab projects

• Performing preventative maintenance

• Participating in the emergency on-call rotation

• Providing guidance and assistance to on-site maintenance staff as needed
