Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring that current and future offensive cyber operations (OCO) within Fleet Cyber Command’s (FLTCYBERCOM) scope align with technical, counterintelligence, and cyber requirements for planning and executing operations against strategic adversaries in high-threat environments.
Leading task management and mission planning efforts, coordinating research to identify vulnerabilities supporting cyber and non-traditional capability development.
Analyzing and characterizing adversary target environments, working across strategic, operational, and tactical levels to enable joint planning and execution.
Ensuring adversaries can be held at risk in the near-term and that adversary behaviors and functions can be exploited through technical and operational programs.
Ensuring team members effectively apply their expertise to OCO activities while identifying opportunities for mission growth.
Assisting in establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for end-to-end OCO planning and execution under customer guidance.
Engaging with IC and DoD stakeholders to integrate OCO activities into broader strategic objectives that support senior policymaker goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School + 16 years’ of security experience experience OR Associates + 14 years’ security experience OR Bachelor's degree and 12 years’ security experience OR Master's + 10 years’ security experience OR PhD + 8 years’ security experience
Preferred Qualifications:
7 years of cyber operations experience.
Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
