Data Center Engineering Project Manager

What You'll Do
Manage the flow of onsite work, agreements, and contracts with Exonauts and with outside partners for mission critical data center projects
▪ Assist with supply chain management for OFCI equipment, including design, integration, scheduling, monitoring of the manufacturing process, oversight of commissioning activities, and coordination of delivery;
▪ Hands-on coordination and oversight of assigned construction activities, including coordination and interface with landlord’s construction work;
▪ Hands-on creation, maintenance, and management of project scope, schedule, and budgets ▪ Coordinate vendor invoices with applicable projects and respective draw schedules ▪ Work with research and development teams
▪ Provide on-site and remote technical support for electrical systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair.
▪ Work closely with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and new product introduction.
▪ Maintain accurate records of activities, including service reports, maintenance logs, telemetry systems, and customer and partner feedback.
▪ Maintain the Exowatt work environment to high standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of electrical service engineering experience, focused on manufacturing, design, and/or mission-critical infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, industry standards, and safety procedures.
• Hands on experience with breakers, relays, transfer switches, battery systems, transformers, and SCADA systems.
• Experience taking designs from concept through manufacturing and deployment • Excellent technical communication skills — able to write crisp specs, lead reviews, and explain trade-offs clearly
Preferred Qualification
• Experience with modular or prefabricated products at large scale • Background working with hyperscale, colocation, or neocloud customers • Exposure to renewable energy integration or microgrid/behind-the-meter power systems
• Strong working knowledge of data center standards (TIA-942, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute tier classifications)
• Product lifecycle management (PLM) expertise
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or hardware product company
