As a Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) within Business Aviation’s Sales Operations department, you will be primarily responsible for the accuracy of our CRM database and generation of leads and qualified events for their specific Sales region. An SOA requires technical knowledge of aircraft and engine maintenance schedules with analytical and forecasting strengths to ensure accurate, timely, and sufficient sales pipeline.

- Aircraft Market Research, Analysis, and Reconciliation
- OEM Maintenance Schedule Analysis
- Lead Generation and Opportunity Qualifications
- Regional pipeline analysis and forecasting
- Regional Sales Support
- Sales Campaigns & Marketing Automation Campaigns
- Continuous Improvement within Sales Operations Projects and Analytical Systems
- Special projects and tasks as assigned
What you will need:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Aviation certification or license preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years directly-related experience required.
- Knowledge of maintenance schedules (i.e. - Chapter 5 Maintenance Schedules, Supplementals) for various aircraft, required.
- Experience working with a CRM system. Salesforce.com experience, preferred.
- Working knowledge of JetNet, Amstat, CAMPS, Honeywell Systems (MyAerospace), FlightAware, FAA Registry, various international registries, and other data sources, preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Able to balance analytical / database work with interpersonal work as required with both internal and external customers.
- Database report writing experience and aptitude.
- High-level Excel proficiency (formulas, tables, reporting, data input, etc.).
- Competent skills in typing and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Preferred base: Houston, TX or surrounding area.
