Director, HR- Central Operations & Strategy at a glance

This a key leadership role responsible for providing HR support to the ZTE & EHS teams, while working to drive and deliver the Operations P&P Strategy agenda. This role provides leadership and guidance to 2 direct reports and indirectly across the operations P&P team.

What's on the menu?

• Drive all people initiatives across ZTE and EHS to shape their people agendas and lead efforts around development, talent pipeline, organizational effectiveness, change management, and driving cultural transformation. Partner with Operations leaders across a designated network of factories to provide effective coaching and guidance on all human resources matters

• ​Partner with leaders to enhance ways to build our talent capability at all levels; work across the organization to improve training and development, Ownerversity, career experiences, mentoring and rotations. 

• ​Continually work with and challenge current org structures to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies. Partner with team leaders to evaluate monthly business performance reviews and seek opportunities to drive efficiencies while increasing value. 

• ​Work with leaders to actively lead and resolve performance issues proactively, minimizing any risk. 

• ​Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the North America Operations business objectives in partnership with business leaders. 

• ​Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives, including talent management and organizational design.

• I have 10+ years of dynamic Human Resource experience, including 5+ years in a business partnership oriented role for executive leaders.

• ​I have proven experience in leading HR teams and developing HR strategies that drive business results. 

• ​I have experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, preferably in the food industry. 

• ​I have strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

• ​I have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• ​I have influenced/aligned strategy around talent capability and behaviors.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$184,800.00 - $231,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
