We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Governance and Management (EDGM) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, security, and effective management of Ally’s data assets to support our data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical writing, communications, and strategic planning skills.

The Work Itself
- Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry standard methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and procedures across various groups and teams.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance data governance capabilities and support organizational goals, ensuring alignment with risk and control frameworks.
- Perform regular assessments of data governance practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify data governance needs and establish standard methodologies, including integration with Risk and Contr
