About the role
Seeking an opportunity where you can actively influence how we operate? As a Customer Service Analyst at Reckitt, you'll make sure our customers are well taken care of, playing a key role in Reckitt’s effort to provide superior customer service to our Nordic customers. This will be done through ensuring daily excellence in our customer operations and cooperation with multiple departments within the organization, such as supply and logistics. We're inviting you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence will go beyond operations to truly shape our success.
Your responsibilities
- Be the customers' dedicated contact person (long-term), nurture customer relationships
- Ensure daily operation excellence for high levels of service to the customer – complete orders, on-time delivery, incl. accurate transactions
- Order-, invoice- & returns handling, minimizing number of credit notes
- Manage customer inquiries timely and accurately
- Lead and/or participate in customer-facing projects, aiming to improve the daily interaction with customers
- Optimise customers’ inventory through collaboration, forecasting and exception management
- Partnering, cooperating and trust-building across the supply chain and other Departments within the oganisation
- Coordination and communication of action plans in case of issues arising from customers, Sales, and Supply
- Strive for continuous improvement of processes and KPIs
- Develop and improve Customer Service strategies (together with Customer Service Manager)
The experience we're looking for
Customer-focused, service-oriented mindset: You take pride in maintaining positive customer relationships and believe managing the customer expectations leads to better results. You have proven customer service skills and strong team working skills across functional teams.
Professional Experience: You have working experience in an international company, where Customer Relations Management is being used in a very customer- and future-oriented environment. Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement.
Self-Motivation: You take initiative, practice good judgement and are able to work independently. You are a problem solver with a high result orientation and a strong sense of urgency and achievement. You are flexible and can easily adapt to new situations. You are comfortable with multitasking and can set priorities, always having the broader goals in mind.
Analytical Skills: You can sift through data, extract insights and leverage those insights to solve the root cause of a problem (min. intermediate Excel skills)
Strong communication: You are clear and concise in communicating statuses / required actions and are comfortable presenting across multiple levels of the business
You love speed: You thrive in a quick moving environment and are comfortable working within the grey space where steps aren’t clearly defined (yet). Working with incomplete information doesn’t intimidate you and you are confident in making recommendations leveraging the information paired with your business knowledge.
Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related business field
