SAP ABAP Developer - SAP SD Module

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer specializing in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module to join our dynamic team. As an SAP ABAP Developer in the SD Module, you will be responsible for developing ABAP solutions in alignment with design documents within the SAP SD Functional Area. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in code reviews, and contributing to the successful implementation of SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ABAP solutions according to design document requirements within the SAP SD Functional Area, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Leverage your knowledge and understanding of SAP Fiori and S/4 HANA to provide enhanced solutions, considering modern SAP technologies.
• Participate in complex code reviews, offering insightful feedback to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Create ABAP Webdynpro models, encompassing RFC, Web Services, Internal/External Context Mapping, Eventing, Navigation, Adaptive RFC, Custom Components, Interfaces, Usage, NetWeaver Development Interface (NWDI Tracks, SCs, DCs), and optionally Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
• Engage in project work across various SAP modules, collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate closely with the portal development team to enhance the overall user experience and integration between SAP and external systems.
• Provide ABAP support for SAP implementation initiatives globally, addressing technical challenges and optimizing performance.
• Work closely with Architects, Analysts, and other IT delivery teams to comprehend functional requirements and align technical solutions.
• Develop and implement changes and enhancements using ABAP technology, both for Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities and changes aligned with SAP standards.
• Offer technical insights during project planning and estimation processes, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP changes to support various initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on the SAP SD module. A minimum of [X] years of relevant work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module functionalities, encompassing order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer master data.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming language, including both classical and object-oriented techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S/4 HANA is an added advantage.
• Experience with ABAP Webdynpro development, including model generation, RFC, Web Services, Context Mapping, Eventing, and Navigation.
• Strong understanding of NetWeaver Development Interface (NWDI) concepts, including tracks, software components (SCs), and development components (DCs).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both within technical teams and when conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
