As a Project Manager, you will oversee the initiation, execution, and delivery of projects, including digital tool implementation.

Responsibilities:

Define and prepare project scope, activities, budgets, and resource requirements. Develop strong business cases to support portfolio management. Manage project planning, scope, resource allocation, quality, risks, and issues. Lead cohesive, motivated project teams to achieve objectives. Oversee business and user change management, including harmonisation, planning, and implementation. Report to steering committees, portfolio management, and stakeholders. Select and coordinate with external partners where applicable. Ensure efficient project execution and delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

Master’s degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Project or Program Manager.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Scrum Agile or Prince2; agile experience is a plus.

• Strong stakeholder management, including unions, business departments, and IT teams.

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Experience in the public or energy sectors is advantageous.

• Affinity with digitalisation, business analysis, and IT change management.

• Fluency in French or Dutch, with understanding of the second language, and fluency in English.
