Global Training Administrator/Specialist
In this role, you will help ensure that our global learning portfolio runs smoothly, professionally, and with impact. You will combine strong administrative ownership with hands-on support in learning systems and tools, digital learning content design and maintenance, and stakeholder communication. The salary for this position ranges from PLN 11 500 to PLN 16 500 gross/month (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

- You play a key role in the efficient and effective administration of our global learning portfolio, using our Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to keep learning operations structured, accurate, and scalable
- You ensure smooth end-to-end training delivery by setting up training sessions, coordinating schedules and trainers, managing participant registrations, preparing communication materials, and following up on training-related administrative processes.
- Using your strong technical understanding and attention to detail, you administer instructor-led sessions in our LMS, including session setup, automated email configuration, enrollment settings, attendance tracking, and evaluation setup.
- You provide reliable communication and support to participants, trainers, and vendors by managing the training mailbox, responding to questions, routing requests to the right contacts, and sharing relevant updates in a timely and stakeholder-oriented way.
- You monitor key training metrics such as registrations, waitlists, attendance, and feedback results, using data to identify immediate action needs and signal mid term improvement opportunities to the training program managers.
- You build, update, and maintain digital learning modules and supporting materials using learning authoring tools and Microsoft Office, ensuring they are clearly structured, learning-focused, and user-friendly.
- You curate learning content from external sources with a strong focus on quality, relevance, and fit with our company context.
- You check and process training-related invoices, support budget tracking, and help ensure adherence to agreed processes and budget guidelines.
- You collaborate with colleagues globally to support strategic learning and HR initiatives as needed.
- You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR, executive or team assistance, or a similar role, ideally gained in an international high-performance environment such as consulting or professional services.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level business English) is a must have.
- You are proactive, highly reliable, structured, and consistent, with strong resilience, excellent self-management skills, and extraordinary attention to detail.
- You are tech- and data-savvy, proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as digital collaboration tools, and ideally
