This position is key in crafting the business and functional requirements necessary for our cutting-edge technology solutions. You’ll be working closely with Product managers, subject matter experts, and development teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Managers to provide application solutions.
• Possess and apply functional knowledge of assigned application technologies in the Sunrise environment.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Act as the liaison between technology vendors, internal IS groups, and business users.
• Translate business requirements into detailed designs, user story maps, and functional specifications.
• Prepare and deliver documentation such as design documents and business process workflows.
• Engage with development teams during the build, configuration, and user testing phases.
• Configure applications and generate reports upon user requests.
• Ensure that all programs meet business specifications and quality standards.
• Demonstrate new functionalities to business users and gather feedback.
• Review vendor documentation and user manuals to support the product.
• Interface directly with business users, addressing support calls escalated by the Service Desk.
• Participate in user focus groups, requirements workshops, and vendor training sessions.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of practical experience in business process and functional support.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience or EHR support is preferred.
• Skilled in requirements elicitation and analysis, stakeholder assessment, and process modeling.
• This position requires a strong communicator with a high level of attention to detail.
• Experienced in business analysis documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile Principles is a plus.

Working Arrangements

• This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US, ideally within the Eastern time zone.
• Occasional travel may be required for business needs – up to 10%
