About this opportunity
Governance Office is a cross going unit supporting strong risk management across Business Banking and Nordea Finance. We are responsible for supporting some of Nordea Finance and Business Banking’s highest risk management fora, as well as driving key governance processes across the two organisations – hereunder product approval governance.
As the Senior Business Risk Manager, you will play an integral role in providing the expertise necessary for the team to manage non-financial risks. You will get the opportunity to work across a broad range of risk and compliance topics and strengthen but our approach and governance. You will be coordinating with stakeholders across the unit, helping us reaching new hights.
In practise, this means that you will:
- Support our journey to build stronger governance in Nordea Finance
- Drive and design processes around internal rules in Nordea Finance, including building strong intra pages
- Supporting our product approval governance approach across Nordea Finance and Business Banking
- Participate in Internal Rules review and implementation activities
- Support the governance setup around risk management for a including secretariat duties
- Participate in various Group or BA initiatives
We are on a change journey, so tasks may evolve quickly. Primary location for this role is any of the Nordic capitals and Poland (Gdansk and Warszawa).

Your experience and background:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with governance or non-financial risks
- Master´s or Bachelor´s degree
- English spoken (professional level) and English written (professional level)
