Senior Strategic Supplier Manager CMs (m/f/d)

<ul> <li>Strategic supplier development: Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with contract manufacturers</li> <li>Supplier strategy &amp; portfolio management: Defining product group strategies, selecting new partners, and optimizing existing relationships</li> <li>Integration of new products: Ensuring the smooth integration of new products into the supply chain</li> <li>Performance management: Developing and implementing KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement programs</li> <li>Contract &amp; risk management: Negotiating framework agreements, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risk</li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration: Close coordination with R&amp;D, production, quality, and supply chain teams.</li> </ul> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <ul> <li>Master / Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineer or supply chain management</li> <li>Strong Supply chain and supplier management skills, preferred in electronic and mechanical assemblies</li> <li>Several years of experience in strategic supplier management, ideally with contract manufacturers</li> <li>High level of negotiations skills, able to drive to win-win solutions</li> <li>Deep understanding of global supply chains, procurement and commodity strategies, and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Analytical thinking, pragmatism, and the ability to clearly structure complex relationships</li> <li>Superior communication skills (cross-functional, supply chain, cross-cultural) across hierarchy levels, fluent English &amp; German language skills (verbal &amp; written)</li> <li>Strong self-management, sets proper priorities, able to coordinate and influence x-functional teams</li> <li>Proactive working style and ability to work on multiple tasks in cross functional teams</li> </ul>
