IT Senior Operations Specialist Application Maintenance and Analytics - Supply Chain & Procurement

 

 

Position Summary

In this position, you will be in a transversal role supporting Supply Chain & Procurement Product Managers to keep our applications maintained with minimum disruption according to technical and business needs and to ensure deployment of specific operational reports & Dashboards relevant to Product performance.

A day in the life of...

• Maintain the maintenance calendar across the portfolio of Supply Chain applications, ensuring alignment with GTS/ASI, Product Managers and Owners
• Plan and structure upgrade/maintenance projects for SAP and non-SAP systems, acting as a Champion of Best practices
• Manage build of CLONE testing systems and production support systems
• Act as a key integrator between Service management and functional teams for outage management
• Manage cutover execution in collaboration with Service Management, focused on optimizing sequencing and integration of functional and technical steps
• Safeguard the quality of cutover steps and lessons learned documentation
• Communication to stakeholders & SPOCs on timelines & deadlines for cutover activities
• Manage deployment of operational reports & dashboards to support Stream Operations needs & relevant IT Products
• Ensure service quality delivered by suppliers for the relevant Application Maintenance and Analytics services executed

What will make you successful

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in in large multinational enterprises, ideally in the areas of Supply Chain: Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Physical Logistics, Transportation or Customer Service
• Project Management skills and experience of 5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in Application Maintenance & Cutover execution
• Power BI basic understanding
• Knowledge of business process in the area of Supply Chain is beneficial
• Good knowledge of SAP application architecture including topics like data dictionary, transport management system, messaging, is beneficial
• Exposure to IS/IT security and compliance processes and standards is an advantage
• Awareness of Market Trends, SAP Roadmap / Latest Versions, SAP Technical landscape and SAP Standard Product
• Demonstrate ability to convince, gain trust and support from team members, business representatives and external partners
• Experienced in liaising diverse and virtual teams in multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English spoken and written
