Your team
You will join the Investment/Content Specialist team based in Poland as part of the UBS Asset Management Centre of Excellence.
The team works closely with local and global Investments teams as well as functions across the business, performing a vital function within the front-to-back investment lifecycle. You will quickly learn all aspects of the role and use your knowledge to enhance team services and manage risks effectively.

Your expertise
• University degree (or equivalent) in banking, finance, economics, or a related field
• minimum 4 years of experience in a portfolio management support or product development role in a large organization.
• good understanding of the asset management industry, including front-, middle-, and back-office workflows (knowledge of investment processes and systems is an advantage)
• strong analytical and technical skills, including python and data modelling experience.
• excellent analytical, numerical and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• German and English language (French would also be beneficial).
• CFA certification or progress toward it is a plus, but not a requirement.
• excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on contract preparation and administration.
• ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
