This is a hybrid position from our Krakow office.</p><p>Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will directly affect our growth and success by identifying, assessing, and closing top talent. You will work with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the talent needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate empathy, equity and inclusion, efficient processes, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. This is an exciting time to join our purpose-driven culture and team.</p><p></p><p>You Will:</p><ul><li>Work with global leadership (incl. Seattle, London and Cork) to support recruiting for Krakow and international offices managing both technical and non-technical searches.</li><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles including sourcing candidates, interviews, leading debriefs and salary negotiations.</li><li>Work with hiring teams to build sourcing strategies and implement workforce plans.</li><li>Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.</li><li>Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with current thinking in recruiting, research new possibilities and suggest new ways to compete in the market for strategic impact.</li><li>Participate in additional projects to support our business scaling globally.</li></ul><p></p><p>You Have:</p><ul><li>You have at least 5 years of experience in recruiting, love your craft and have experience with serving international customers</li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems e.g. Workday</li><li>You believe recruiters are not robots and value human connections</li><li>Our <a href="https://www.remitly.com/us/en/home/values" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">mission and values resonate with you</a></li><li>You have experience in high-growth environments</li><li>You value the "what" and "how" equally</li><li>Building relationships and working with leaders and teams comes easily to you</li><li>You have strong closing ability and sourcing skills</li><li>Data is your good friend</li><li>Meeting facilitation is a strength to drive positive business outcomes</li><li>You have good knowledge of the market and stay up to date with trends</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><p></p><p>Fix-Term contract benefits:</p><ul><li>Private Health &amp; Life Insurance</li><li>Private Healthcare</li></ul><p></p><p>Remitly is an equal opportunity employer.
