At Galderma, we’re seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer! In this role, you’ll implement and execute engineering plans, improve existing processes, and contribute to developing innovative solutions. As part of our collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing engineering initiatives that uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li><p>Implement and manage engineering plans to support the organization’s operational goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and optimize engineering activities to improve existing products, processes, and testing procedures.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute engineering policies for new product and process development, ensuring standards of quality, cost, safety, and reliability.</p></li><li><p>Analyze technology trends to support the successful deployment of engineering initiatives across multiple areas.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products and processes.</p></li><li><p>Participate in and oversee field-testing of products, processes, and systems to ensure operational excellence.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align engineering activities with organizational priorities.</p></li><li><p>Educate and support organization in ways of working</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification; advanced education is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Some of experience in engineering, focusing on reliability, quality, or process improvement.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to draw from prior experiences and analyse technical challenges.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of engineering processes, policies, and best practices in product and process development.</p></li><li><p>Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts clearly.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated individual contributor capable of working independently with moderate supervision.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer in return</b><br/>You will be working for an organisation that embraces diversity &amp; inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.</p><p></p><p>As Galderma’s Global Center of Excellence for Aesthetics we have in Uppsala a unique edge as we have on our site the whole product chain from research and development to production and marketing.
