Human Resources Internship

We're hiring top talent to join Marco for a 10-week, Summer 2023 internship and hopefully beyond! You'll work on real and impactful projects while receiving training and mentorship. This position may have the ability to start earlier in part-time or full-time capacity based on the candidate's availability.
***This position is available in either Minnetonka, MN or St. Cloud, MN***

As an HR Intern you will support Marco’s HR team by executing on strategic initiatives. You will support Marco’s employee engagement and retention efforts by designing solutions that enable career development for Marco’s employees. Partner with leaders to gather critical information about roles at Marco and design ways to leverage that data to support career development and pay programs. 

Essential Functions:

• Conduct job analyses and training needs assessments
• Build a career development framework
• Research and develop a solution for skills/qualifications data management
• Assist in developing a pay program to support certification programs and career framework 

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled or recent graduate in a Human Resources, Business, Administration or related field. (Graduate Student Preferred)
• Ability to work full-time onsite (40 hours/week M-F) during summer 2023.
• Able and willing to live within commutable distance to either the Minnetonka, MN or St. Cloud Marco office locations.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Occasional travel is required via automobile and includes travel to different Marco, client, and vendor locations.
