Role Purpose:

• This role will lead and manage Engineering Schedule B and C activities for Refrigeration.
• This role will champion cost via strong support, drive and oversight of NPI programs to meet their cost targets

Role Responsibilities:

• Cost Champion
• Deliver global cost savings commitments via material productivity (track, report out, drive to reach goals)
• Deliver global cost savings commitments via NPI (support NPI programs via cost tracking, cost maturity, cost red roadmaps and gap/risk mitigation)
• Ensure a healthy pipeline of schedule B and or cost red NPI initiatives.
• Create cadence and measurement system to ensure achievement of cost savings goals.
• Lead vetting process of cost savings ideas.
• Transparent and effective communication to local and WHQ leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience in cost, productivity, and/or operations
• 5-10% travel required international and domestic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree with engineering experience in cost, productivity, and/or operations in the refrigeration industry
• 5+ years' experience working as a part of a cross-functional and global team

Pay Range:

$133,319 - $232,919 Annually
