CA Pay Range (Annual):
$115,500.00 - $214,500.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

- Strong knowledge of US and Canada Payrolls.
- Assist with payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now. (US & CAD)
- Back up for processing Workforce Manager Time Attendance. Reconcile bi-weekly hours worked and PTO hours usage and accruals.
- Create and document day-to-day payroll tasks processes and procedures.
- Familiarity on how to upload bi-weekly 401(k) deductions and loans into Fidelity website. Complete monthly reconciliation deductions to cash.
- Balance bi-weekly hours and additional compensation payments, increases and retros to Workday payment reports.
- How to process and balance monthly and quarterly RSU’s.
- Have knowledge of multi-state and federal taxation laws.
- Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in understanding payroll’s responsibility with new hires and transfers outside of US who are on F1 and J1 visas.
- 7+ years of payroll experience.
- Processing payroll for 1500 employees
- Experience with Workforce Now, Globalview and Workforce Now Manager Time Attendance and Smart Compliance
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and Outlook)
