Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.</p> <p><strong>About the job</strong><strong><br></strong>As a Senior Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing neutral, timely, and thorough investigations to ensure a respectful and safe workplace. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and the People Team, using your expertise in investigations, legal guidelines, and HR best practices. You will lead and contribute to projects which positively impact the workplace.&nbsp; Your work will directly support our commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive culture for all employees.&nbsp; This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Head of Employment Legal and Employee Relations.</p> <p>You will be required to work from Adyen’s office at least 3 days per week with at least 1 in-office day being a Monday or Friday.&nbsp; The salary range for this role is:&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help to further build out our investigation function at Adyen.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead and manage all aspects of internal investigations under the direction of NA Employment Counsel. Your responsibilities will cover the full lifecycle of an investigation:&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>Intakes and interviews</li> <li>Collecting and weighing evidence</li> <li>Conducting forensic evidence searches</li> <li>Making credibility determinations</li> <li>Reaching factual findings according to the relevant evidentiary standard</li> <li>Analyzing factual findings against internal policies</li> <li>Determining whether policies have been violated</li> <li>Debriefing internal stakeholders and leadership regarding investigation conclusions</li> <li>Thorough case documentation and record keeping</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop key Employee Relations and Employment Legal projects, such as improving investigation processes, implementing new ER-focused technologies</li> <li>Reviewing and recommending existing policy updates.<
