Your Career

We are seeking an excellent team player with strong coding, analytical and problem solving skills. The candidate should possess  hands-on experience with developing applications for distributed systems and high scalability designs. 

Your Impact

• Analyze requirements, design, develop and support highly scalable software features and infrastructure on our next-generation security platform ready for cloud native deployment from inception to completion
• Write clean, testable, readable, scalable and maintainable code that scales and performs well for thousands of customers
• Collaborate  closely with the Product management, Development, Quality Assurance, SRE  and Customer support teams on delivering the roadmap and improving customer outcomes
• Write design documents, software development guidelines, and best practices
• Advocates for changes in the architecture based on new technologies,  business context and future roadmaps
• Develop a strong understanding and be able to explain advanced Cloud Computing and Cloud Security concepts to others

Qualifications

Your Experience

• 5+ years of solid experience designing, building & operationalizing highly scalable & distributed applications in Java/J2EE 
• Strong computer science fundamentals (e.g. understanding of lock-free data structures, bloom filters, minimal perfect hashing, consistent hashing, etc.)
• Solid Experience with open source frameworks primarily Spring (REST, JPA, AOP,  Sprint Security, Spring Data Redis, Spring Cloud Gateway).
• Experience in designing/building scalable microservices based architectures and REST APIs
• Understanding of microservices-based deployments with the ability to introduce monitoring/tracing of application logs (e.g. Splunk) from inception
• Experience with queue technology like Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Solid Hands-on experience building applications using at-least 1 SQL database
• Work experience in Docker and Kubernetes (Preferred)
• Experience in building multithreaded concurrent systems
• Strong Understanding of security protocols like SAML, OAuth2.0, OIDC etc.
• Strong passion and experience in troubleshooting, debugging complex systems and possess excellent problem-solving techniques
