WACKER POLYSILICON is the global leader in the production of polycrystalline hyperpure silicon for the semiconductor and solar solar industries.
At our Charleston site, we are currently looking for a(n) Human Resources Summer Intern to be a part of our growing team.
Wacker is currently seeking a HR Summer Intern for our 12-week program, starting the second half of May and concluding August 9th. Under the direction of the HR team, the Summer Intern will be asked to help the department in a number of areas as listed below.
Job Responsibilities:
- CHA We Care Week Supporting project as requested
- Job Description Writing Tutorial - Build the process steps of establishing new positions, updating current positions from initiation to implementation.
- Electronic Filing Process - Support and coordinate project work for prep and transfer of files including 3rd party and global interaction to document and process
Job Qualitifications:
- Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior student enrolled in a four year degree program at a university in any of the following majors: Human Resources, IO Psychology, or related degree
- Must have a 3.0 GPA
