Strategic Product Manager (m/f/d)

Join our team in Leipzig, Erfurt or Ilmenau or work remotely full time as Strategic Product Manager (m/f/d).

What is the role about?

• Working in a cross-functional setup at the intersection of engineering and business.
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert in our product and using this expertise to present our technology, contribute to our sales activities, and  support our product marketing initiatives.
• Taking ownership of what our products look like and why we are building them, this includes: 
  • Survey the market to identify trends in business/technology and translate these into product ideas and enhancements.
  • Develop the product roadmap by aligning the stakeholders and prioritizing the backlog and product initiatives.
  • Define, monitor, and evaluate metrics to predict and measure product success.
• Manage relationships with strategic technology partners and vendors.

You fit in with us, if…

• You have 3 years of Product Management experience or 5 years of experience within the utility industry.
• You ideally bring professional experience within the utility industry, preferably related to MDM, AMI, HES, CRM, or similar asset-intensive industries.
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related engineering discipline. 
• You are experienced in the field of market research to identify current trends.
• You feel comfortable talking to your peers, both internally and externally, on various levels related to tech, business, engineering, and CxO.
• You can accommodate occasional travel (up to 20%).
• You are fluent in English - speaking German or any other language is always a plus.
