<p>Do you have experience in Business Analysis? </p><p>Do you have previous experience in the Energy sector? </p><p>Are you interested in participating in digital transformation projects? </p><p> </p><p><strong>ManpowerGroup Greece,</strong> on behalf of our client, a well-known Energy company is seeking for a  <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong>. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>📌 Location: Athens - City Center (Near Metro Station) </p><p>📍 Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days from home) </p><p>🖋️You will be reporting to: Digital Services Manager </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>What you will do: </p><p>As a <strong>Senior Business Analyst,</strong> you will join the company’s dynamic team and lead the analysis and support of digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and developing digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency.  </p><p> </p><p><strong>More specifically, you will: </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements. </li></ul><ul> <li>Develop detailed business and functional specifications for:  </li> <ul> <li>Digital applications and online customer contract platforms </li> <li>Automated systems supporting loyalty and rewards programs </li> <li>Customer service portals (web &amp; mobile) for self-service and real-time information </li> <li>Digital appointment scheduling and management platforms </li> </ul> </ul><ul> <li>Work closely with the Project Certification team to:  </li> <ul> <li>Analyze system issues and failed scenarios in production environments </li> <li>Propose and implement effective solutions and optimizations </li> </ul> </ul><ul><li>Coordinate third-party system integrations to ensure seamless and scalable functionality </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>A BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field </li></ul><ul><li>7+ years of experience in business analysis roles within digital projects </li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience designing and delivering web and mobile applications, as well as CRM or ERP systems </li></ul><ul><li>Strong ability to write and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications </li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project collaboration tools</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) </li></ul><ul><li>Advanced communication and presentation skills </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>It will be considered an asset, any of the following </strong></p><ul><li>A Master's degree in Business Analysis or Project Management </li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of the Energy sector market trends and customer needs </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>💰 Competitive Salary (based on professional experience) </p><p>🚩 Medical plan  </p><p>💻Company phone &amp; laptop </p><p>🏠Hybrid Working Model </p><p> <br/>👥 Recruitment Process: </p><ul><li>If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
