Senior Copilot Studio Developer

Job Description & Summary

PwC Poland’s IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) team employs more than 60 people. We support all aspects of the automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and in Central-Eastern and Western Europe. We work with most RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.). We help clients understand a variety of business processes in finance, HR, purchasing, sales and logistics. 

We are looking for: 

Senior Copilot Studio Developer  

Your future role: 

• Architect, design, and implement automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Automate, 

• Build scalable, secure, and efficient workflows and integrations across systems using Microsoft’s low-code/no-code tools, 

• Deploy and configure Azure AI Search to support keyword, full-text, and semantic/vector search, 

• Integrate Azure Document Intelligence and Computer Vision for OCR of scanned or image-based files, 

• Infrastructure set up for solution, 

• Business Analysis for processes selected for automation. 

Apply if you have: 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Foundry, 

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Copilot Studio. Other Power Platform Components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) are nice to have, 

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and integration patterns within the Microsoft ecosystem, 

• Good working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage accounts, Key Vaults etc., 

• Expertise in low-code/no-code development and automation architecture, 

• Previous experiences with OCR and Azure Document Intelligence, 

• Business and process analysis skills, including estimation of development timelines, 

• Proper communication and escalation skills, 

• Good command of the English (German nice to have) languages.
