The Business Systems Analysis Professional 1 performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Business Systems Analysis Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analysis Professional 1 formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. The person will need the ability to work with and onboard agency partners onto our CRM platform. This platform is the key communication and automation tool between the agent and their prospective clients. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of CRM Technological Experience
• Interdepartmental Communication skills
• Experience in problem analysis and process
• Experience with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Problem solving and consultation within complex environments
• Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies
• Go High-Level CRM experience
• Experience with onboarding

Additional Information

• Schedule is between the hours of 9:00am–5pm EST (Monday-Friday) some possible weekends and overtime but only as needed by the business.
• This position might require up to 10% travel.

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$48,800 - $67,400 per year
