As Senior Manager – Global Strategic Learning Projects, you will be part of the Strategic Projects, Business Development and Ecosystem team within ZEISS CurioZ – our Global Training &amp; Learning business area. <br/>In your role, you will drive global strategic learning &amp; training projects to take learning at ZEISS to the next level. Tasks include: <br/> </p><ul><li><p>You are responsible for setting up, structuring, and implementing strategic projects within the realm of learning (e.g. implement a global learning shared services organization)</p></li><li><p>Driving strategic topics in line with the overall learning organization together with our business segments, countries, functions, subject matter experts and the overall learning strategy </p></li><li><p>Development of strategic and organizational learning concepts together with our learning team of e.g. business process analysts, business stakeholders and other functions like HR, IT, Legal</p></li><li><p>Leverage data and target group insights to craft all efforts to create business impact</p></li><li><p>Preparing presentations and decision documents for senior management</p></li><li><p>Following relevant trends in the area of learning and the learning ecosyste</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Your profile</p><p>If you have a proven track record of strategic/conceptual thinking and project management, preferably gained in an established global environment, this might be the right opportunity for you.
