Job Title: Graduate Assistant - Imaginarium (Part-Time)

Campus Location: Noggle Christian Ministries, Marion, IN
Summary of Position: The GA Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing project support to various initiatives and staff in the Imaginarium. This position requires strong skills in organization and hospitality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including filing, typing, copying, setting up appointments, travel arrangements and taking messages
- Maintain program database as needed
- Help organize/plan and participate in grant-related activities
- Assist in curation, production and distribution of resources boxes
- Oversee program and staff supplies, needs, etc.
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in the field of ministry is preferred
Experience
- Event planning and administrative experience required. Ministerial experience in the local church preferred
