This role is based 4 a week from our office in Exton, then moving to Philadelphia in June 2026 (onsite, 5 days)
Position Summary:
A pivitol position has opened for AV & IT Technician to support our brand-new, state-of-the-art Experience Center at our Philadelphia headquarters.
This role is central to providing critical technical support for both our internal teams and for high-impact customer engagements which enable our teams to showcase our enterprise products & solutions along with hosting key events with an international reach.
The successful candidate will manage and maintain the sophisticated audio-visual technology within our cutting-edge Experience Centers and conference spaces, ensuring flawless execution for events and product launches. In addition to A/V responsibilities, the specialist will deliver IT support to our community of engineers, creators, and leadership, removing technical roadblocks and enabling them to innovate without interruption. This position requires a blend of deep A/V expertise and, ideally broad IT support skills to maintain a seamless and productive workspace.
Responsibilities:

Support and ensure availability for our A/V technology powering our cutting-edge Experience Center, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces.

Deliver technical support for customer events, product launches, and internal hackathons to guarantee smooth operations

Provide leadership teams (including C-level executives) as well as onsite engineering staff with technical and onsite event support

Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance checks to troubleshoot and test all A/V equipment, including large-format displays, video processors, audio systems, and cameras.

Deliver “white glove” IT helpdesk support (1st & 2nd line), resolving technical issues, service requests, and maintaining local endpoint computers and network hardware for all staff.

Proactively recommend upgrades and enhancements to current technology to elevate the colleague and customer experience.

Participate in and initiate projects designed to improve site technology and IT services.

Create and maintain clear documentation for technical procedures, systems, and the department knowledge base.

Interface with external vendors to coordinate service enhancements and ensure performance targets are met.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in a fast-evolving corporate environment, providing A/V production equipment (lighting, audio equipment, camera equipment, Dante, NDI, and large format displays)

Practical experience with enterprise conference room technologies such as Crestron, Logitech, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Experience of IT helpdesk support would be highly advantageous

In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 application suite.

Support knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems within a developer-heavy environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and analytical approach to solving technical challenges.

This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, office-based in the US.
