As a part of the Shared Domain Application Management Product Delivery team, you will oversee delivery of best practice Model configuration of rehabilitation products. This involves implementation of released updates, review of global change requests for viability of Model adoption, and collaboration with partner Product Management teams to continually optimize the product offering to meet the needs of consumers. Additionally, as a part of the Shared Domain Application Management Product Delivery team there is often opportunity to engage in beta projects and directly impact product development and improvement. These responsibilities necessitate the ability to independently investigate issues technically and assess downstream impact to ensure a stable and functional environment for consumers. Each phase of product delivery also relies heavily on the ability to communicate effectively internally, as well as with customers.

Spearhead the global configuration and workflows of Oracle Health Integrated Rehabilitation products, aligning with organizational standards, providing synergies across our multi-tenant stakeholders, and both internal and customer education when needed.
Undertake ongoing maintenance and support of rehabilitation products, troubleshooting technical issues, applying updates and modifications, and upholding data integrity and security.
Conducting client calls when necessary, generating user documentation, and offering ongoing support to address inquiries and concerns.
Continuously evaluate identify areas for improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and collaboration with Oracle support and/or development teams.
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, IP development teams, Consulting, support teams and healthcare professionals, leveraging excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and coordinating system changes or updates.
Additional Responsibilities:
Evaluate and approve/deny global rehabilitation changes that may impact multi-tenant customers. Demonstrate a strong understanding of rehabilitation workflows and stay abreast of industry standards. Utilize experience in rehabilitation venues of care to enhance system implementation and troubleshooting processes.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range: from $56,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
