The Jobholder will need to be living in the<u> Bucharest area</u> or within 80km to ensure that you reach our customers within a reasonable amount of time, speaking local language is essential. </p><p></p><p>Role Overview: As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining complex software (Oncology Information System OIS) and the underlying IT infrastructure in radio-oncology facilities. Your role involves planned maintenance, proactive support, and swift interventions when technical emergencies arise.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Install, Upgrade, Support, Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair IT &amp; Oncology Information Systems on Windows platforms.</li><li>Proactively monitor systems, ensuring optimal performance.</li><li>Contribute to our global customer-first line Helpdesk duties periodically.</li><li>Collaborate with experienced specialists for incident resolution and escalation.</li><li>Continuous training to stay updated on service and product knowledge.</li><li>Document all service activities meticulously into our CRM system.</li><li>Support the implementation of new pro-active service tools and processes.</li><li>On-site visits to clinical customers for product servicing (20-30% travel).</li></ul><p></p><p>Desired Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Graduate of a Technical Institute in a IT related field, e.g. Informatics, Computer Science, IT Networking or equivalent professional qualification and experience.</li><li>Proactive mindset with good organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Comprehensive technical knowledge and experience in maintaining complex IT solutions.</li><li>Additional IT certificates are an asset (CCNA, MCSA, Citrix, VMware…).</li></ul><p></p><p>Join Our Team: One click away from impactful work and becoming part of a global team united by the purpose to fight cancer.
