SUMMARY

Artera is looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our Client Experience and Marketing & Communications executive leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects. In this role, you’ll manage a wide range of activities from executive calendaring and scheduling to planning team events and offsites to managing special projects. You will interact across all departments and levels, as well as with external prospects, partners, vendors, and clients.

The Executive Business Partner reports to the Manager of Executive Administration but will partner closely with the SVP of Client Experience, the SVP of Marketing & Communications and their senior leadership teams. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Elevate the operational backbone of our team by providing vital support to the SVP of Client Experience (CX) and the SVP of Marketing & Communications; you will manage a diverse range of administrative tasks including email correspondence and intricate calendars, curating meticulously organized meetings agendas and notes, ensuring the seamless completion of project tasks and action items, preparing decks and briefs, coordinating travel logistics, and overseeing expense management
  • Own specific processes including orchestrating the executive’s engagement process with customers and collaborating with the CX and MarComms team in planning and executing our annual customer conference; partner with other key members of their leadership teams to coordinate special projects, address administrative needs and foster synergy across those orgs
  • Play a crucial role in organizing team all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, and special events; assist with larger all-company events and team bonding activities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with direct reports, internal and external stakeholders, other teams, vendors, and partners
  • Prioritize needs effectively and expedite urgent tasks using independent thinking and exceptional judgment
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and manage sensitive data as it relates to personnel, partners, and customers
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes, aligning them with the needs of CX and MarComms leadership, their teams, and the business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other Artera senior leaders and teams; partner with the Manager of Executive Administration and other EBPs on key administrative initiatives and projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • You bring 2-4 years of administrative support (Executive Assistant) experience partnering with senior leaders or executives.
