The Fisher College of Business seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise AI fluency curriculum. This role is critical to positioning the college as a leader in the AI-driven business transformation by bridging cutting-edge AI advancements with real-world business applications, while elevating the college’s reputation as a leader in AI-driven business education.

In close partnership with the Executive Advisor for AI Fluency, this individual will develop innovative curriculum and customized AI learning experiences that align with industry needs, client expectations, and the academic mission of the college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop forward-thinking AI curriculum tailored to executive and professional audiences.
  • Deliver engaging AI fluency courses to internal stakeholders, corporate partners, and external clients.
  • Ensure curriculum reflects the latest advancements in AI while remaining practical and business-focused.
  • Collaborate across academic and industry partners to align programming with workforce demands and student outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to expand executive education offerings
  • Identify opportunities for customized AI training programs that address specific organizational challenges.
  • Collaborate with industry advisory boards, innovation councils, and professional organizations to identify emerging trends and workforce needs with respect to AI.
  • Represent Fisher College of Business at regional and national industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio.

Performance Objectives:

  • Teach AI focused courses.
  • Assist with overseeing AI executive education programs, including curriculum, course, and business development.   
  • Foster innovation and experimentation.  
  • Evaluates and refine programs based on feedback to ensure measurable.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in business or a related area.
  • Experience teaching in an executive education or adult learning environment
  • Extensive practical experience in technology consulting and AI solutioning.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining corporate relationships.
